Delivery Policy

Order fulfillment

BOA delivers their gift boxes all over the United Arab Emirates, 6 days a week from 8 AM until 8 PM every day. Sundays and public holidays are off. The customer can add a greeting card message in the note section on the checkout page. Once an order is placed, the customer receives a confirmation of the order by Email. 

If you would like to send a gift box to someone else, make sure that you fill-up the shipping address form on the checkout page. We will need their Name, Phone number, City and living Area with the Address.

The receiver will be contacted to confirm the delivery location. 3 attempts for delivery will take place for each order. If the receiver is not available to take the order, the order will be returned and no refunds will be issued.

Shipping methods

The cut off time for deliveries is:
- Same day delivery - 12.00 PM (The order should be placed before 12.00 PM for the same-day delivery).
- 2 hours delivery – anytime between 8.00 AM and 5.00 PM (The order should be placed before 5 PM for 2 hour delivery)

If an order is placed on a Saturday after 12 PM, it will be shipped out the following Monday.

If the customer needs their order to be delivered on a specific date, they can schedule it on the website by selecting a delivery date or contacting us by email on contact@burstofarabia.com prior to placing the order.

How do I track my package?

To track a package, the customer can follow the tracking instructions sent to you after you've placed an order.

What if I need to change my order's shipping address?

For address changes, customers are required to contact us at: contact@burstofarabia.com immediately with the order number and the changes needed. If it is something we can do and the order is not yet processed or shipped, we will accommodate as best we can. We do not guarantee that such changes can be made.

Cancellations

All sales are final from Burst of Arabia. We issue no refunds or order cancellations.

Return policy

In the unlikely event, your gift box has arrived in less than perfect condition, you agree to notify us by email at contact@burstofarabia.com within 8 hours of delivery.

Receipt
We do NOT include a receipt with the box to accompany the gift. The gift giver receives an email confirmation/receipt upon placing an order.
